Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to have an exceptional experience when purchasing our books. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 24-hour return request window for eligible orders.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To qualify for a return and refund, your order must meet the following conditions:

  • The book must be unused and remain in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (Order Confirmation Email or Order Number).
  • The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our official Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your Order Number along with your registered Email Address or Phone Number.
  3. Select the item you wish to return.
  4. Provide the reason for the return and upload clear images of the product if requested.
  5. Choose your preferred refund method (Bank Account or UPI ID).
  6. Confirm your pickup address and submit the request.

Return Pickup & Refund Timeline

  • Pickup: Once your return request is approved, a courier pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 business days.
  • Inspection: After the returned item reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • Refund: Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method or selected payout method within 24–48 hours.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee of ₹60–₹80 will be deducted from the final refundable amount to cover reverse logistics and courier handling charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Books showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
  • Requests made after the 24-hour return window.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
