Does the ₹299 price cover everything, or are there hidden charges?
Yes. The ₹299 price is completely all-inclusive. You do not have to pay anything extra. Every order includes the paperback novel, a premium magnetic bookmark, a personalised author letter with an Allahabad Sangam themed postcard, and a premium paper bookmark — all at no additional cost.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery usually takes 4–5 business days. Depending on your location and pincode, it may occasionally require an additional 1–2 days. Every order is processed within 24 hours to ensure the fastest possible dispatch.
Why is Cash on Delivery (CoD) not available?
To keep the book affordable at ₹299, we manage printing, packaging, shipping, and complimentary gifts ourselves. Cash on Delivery incurs significant logistics charges that would increase the final price. For this reason, we currently accept secure online payments through UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking, and major digital wallets.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Every order is packed using premium waterproof protective packaging. If your parcel is damaged during transit, you may refuse delivery. If you've already accepted it, please email clear photographs within 24 hours to support@authorvijayverma.com and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
My payment was successful but I didn't receive an order confirmation.
Occasionally, payment gateway delays can prevent instant confirmation. Please send your Transaction ID, payment screenshot, or registered email address to support@authorvijayverma.com. Our team will verify your payment and confirm your order promptly.
Can I place a bulk order for schools, libraries or book clubs?

Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Yes. Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you'll automatically receive a tracking link and tracking ID via your registered email address and phone number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
